PSHE and RSE

PSHE and RSE at Arkholme Church of England Primary School

At Arkholme Church of England Primary School, we not only promote the social, spiritual, moral, cultural, mental and physical development of our children – they sit at the heart of everything we do.  Covering aspects of Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education, our PSHE curriculum is designed to meet the needs of our pupils and prepare them for life in the modern world.

Relationship and Sex Education  (RSE) within Arkholme School aims to provide opportunities for children to develop the skills, knowledge and understanding they need to lead confident, healthy, independent lives and become active and well informed young citizens, by promoting the spiritual, moral, social, cultural, mental and physical development of children.
Below you will find a number of documents that will give you more information about our PSHE and RSE curriculum. If you require any more information, or would like to discuss anything related to PSHE and RSE, you can contact the school and speak to Mrs Ingram (Headteacher) or Mrs Whitaker (PSHE lead).
