On Friday evening we welcomed past pupils, families, friends and neighbours into school. Parents, teachers and staff had worked really hard to gather together photographs, newspaper articles, scrap books, exercise books and loads more to make a huge display of the last 150 years!
There were CD’s of children’s singing playing in the background and a huge 7 metre long timeline of world events from the last 150 years too!
The PTFA provided tea, coffee, cheese, wine and some delicious cakes.
It was fantastic to hear everyone’s memories of both the school and the village and former classmates catching up on the stories of their lives. Many thanks to everyone who brought photographs and memories along to add to our display.
It was a huge success and we would like to thank everyone for coming and making it such a wonderful evening.
